Day 27
I've come to realize that I have trouble with details. Since I'm not structured enough in my painting process, I tend to lose control of the whole thing. I'm always walking a fine line between not overworking a painting and getting enough detail to make it look like what's it supposed to be. The painting below is from my Capitol Market photos. These are pumpkins in the sunlight. You know you've done a poor job when you feel compelled to describe what you've painted.
