Day 36

Another night, another blue and orange painting. Over the last three weeks I've started and stopped several larger canvases. I seem to be having trouble transitioning to larger sizes after painting these small pieces for so long. I also made a mistake in buying gessoboards that were not my normal brand. My normal brand has a little tooth to it. These new ones are too slick. Yuck!

PS: I'm going to start selling my daily blog paintings soon. I started building my own floater frames to fit the 6" x 6" size. I'll be selling the paintings with the handmade frames. Stay tuned for more information. (they'll make great holiday gifts, hint, hint.)
