Day 40
It's been nearly two weeks since I posted a daily. I'm going to call it my "Lost Weekend" and leave it at that. I will do my best to keep to a better schedule of painting and posting.
I'm happy with the composition on this one. In my continuing quest to "keep it loose", I managed to paint simply and like that aspect of the painting. This one was challenging. The red glass reflecting on the yellow paper was difficult.
After I finished this one and showed it to my wife, she commented, "It looks like a pregnant woman." Looking at it again, I think she might be right.
